The youth team returned to winning ways with an impressive victory over Netanya: Levy, Chosyd, and Kalfa scored
The youth team hosted Maccabi Netanya this evening (Saturday) in Matchday 4 of the U19 Premier League. The Reds arrived looking to bounce back after dropping their first points of the season against Hapoel Petah Tikva midweek.

24 minutes in, the opponents were reduced to ten men following a straight red card. Hapoel capitalized ten minutes later through striker Omri Levy, who pounced on a rebound from an Alon Moskovich strike to net his first goal of the season.
Right at the halftime whistle, captain Itamar Chosyd fired home the 2-0 with a left-footed strike into the top corner. Yotam Kalfa sealed the 3-0 win in the 76th minute with his second goal of the campaign.

Asaf Gerenstein’s squad sits in third place in the table with 10 points from a possible 12. Next Saturday: The Derby!
