-
Match-by-Match Allocation: Points are awarded on a per-match basis and will not be published in advance. This is unlike last season's schedule, where point values were fixed in advance for every home and away fixture.
-
Points Validity: Starting from our home match against Hapoel Petah Tikva, all newly earned points will remain valid for one year only from the match date before expiring. Points accumulated prior to this match will remain valid for two years.
-
Support for Security Forces & Reservists: We are attentive to the needs of security personnel and active reservists who are unable to attend regularly. Our Fan Relations team will continue to run a dedicated registry via the Red WhatsApp before every match, assisting service members with lower point totals wherever possible, subject to presenting appropriate military or service ID. The Fan Relations department will manage this list to ensure equal access for all eligible personnel.
-
Ticket Scanning at Turnstiles: Points will be awarded solely upon scanning the ticket at the entrance gates. Please display the barcode on your ticket only at the moment of scanning (at the designated turnstiles) to prevent ticket duplication while waiting in line.
-
Ticket Transfer & Resale Prevention: We remind supporters once again that tickets may not be purchased and transferred or sold to another fan. If you come across any season ticket holder selling a ticket, including sales via social media, please forward a photo of the ticket and purchase proof to the Red WhatsApp. You may submit these details after using the ticket and entering the stadium.
Any season ticket holder caught selling their ticket will have their points balance completely reset to zero.
