The Brazilian forward, who scored 24 goals in the Premier League over the last two years, will strengthen the Red attack: "Waiting to work hard and give my all"
Laysla Santos has signed with the club for one season with an option for an additional season - and will become the first reinforcement player for the women's senior team for the 26/27 season, which promoted to the Premier League this past season. Laysla is the second Brazilian in the team, and will join center-back Thaína Marins, who continues for another season.
The 22-year-old Santos played for the past two years for Maccabi Kishronot Hadera in the Premier League, during which she made 57 appearances in all competitions and scored 26 goals. In the past, she played for the youth and senior teams of Santos, and for the senior team of Cruzeiro.
Santos said after the signing: "I am very happy to join Hapoel. I can't wait to work hard and give my all, on and off the pitch, and I am sure we will achieve great things and have a good season together. Yalla Hapoel!".
Good luck, Laysla!
