Before the match against Ironi Tiberias, we honored the memory of our beloved supporter, Oz Zanzouri 馃挃

Oz, 28 at the time of his passing, was called up for reserve duty on the morning of October 7.

In the first days after the massacre, he was among the first to enter Kibbutz Nir Oz, where amid the horrors he personally carried the bodies of children and infants, doing everything he could to protect us all.

Oz took part in complex missions to rescue hostages. For more than 400 days of fighting, he risked his life with courage, devotion, and humility and even in the heart of Gaza, his heart always beat red.

Oz deeply loved life, his family, his friends, and of course Hapoel Tel Aviv the club that brought him the most joy, as he wrote in one of the many notes he left behind. Hapoel saved Oz when he was struggling with severe post-trauma and became one of his greatest loves.

Tragically, Oz was killed a few months ago in a motorcycle accident between reserve duty rotations in Gaza, on May 15 the anniversary of the Double.

His seat in Gate 5 will remain empty, but his spirit will stay with us forever.

We will remember you always 鈾撅笍鉂わ笍
