Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv recorded another home victory this afternoon, this time 2-0 over Maccabi Netanya as part of Matchday 21 of the Winner League. Korine and Lemkin scored.
Just five days after the victory in the Tel Aviv derby, Hapoel hosted Maccabi Netanya today at Bloomfield Stadium in front of full stands of the home red crowd, as part of Matchday 21 of the Premier League. The Reds arrived at the match enjoying positive momentum and a streak of four league games without a loss, in which they recorded three victories.
The opening of the match was characterized by a slight advantage for Hapoel, but the first half proceeded mostly without special events and without real opportunities near either goal. The teams went down to the break with a goalless scoreline.

Upon returning for the second half, the professional staff made a substitution, bringing in Omri Altman in place of Roei Alkukin. Hapoel took control of the midfield and reached several scoring situations that were not utilized in the opening minutes.
In the 65th minute, the dam broke. A fine team move that started with Loizos Loizou, continued through Omri Altman, and reached Xande Silva, ended with a shot by the latter at the goal. The visiting goalkeeper managed to parry the ball, but the rebound reached the feet of Roy Korine, who rolled the ball in front of an exposed net to make it 1-0 for Hapoel. This is Roy Korine's fourth league goal this season.

Hapoel continued to control the pace of the game even after taking the lead. In the 88th minute, Amit Lemkin sealed the match result when he scored the second goal and secured the victory.
At the final whistle, Hapoel Tel Aviv records its tenth victory this season in a home game at Bloomfield. Following the three points, the team climbs to third place in the table with 38 points (alongside two points deducted from its balance by the court) and a goal difference of 39:25 (+14).
