The club hosted a first-of-its-kind conference in Israeli football, bridging the worlds of sports, high-tech, and entrepreneurship: "We are proud to host such an event and are certain this is the beginning of a tradition"
Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv Football Club held a Business & Technology conference today (Thursday), attended by over 400 guests. The event featured fascinating panels and lectures from the worlds of business and sports innovation, with speakers representing key positions across various industries. This marks the first conference of its kind to be held within the Israeli football landscape.

The Club’s CEO, Guy Primor, stated at the opening: "Anyone at Hapoel Tel Aviv knows our vision: to be the most community-oriented, competitive, and innovative club. This triangle of principles always goes hand-in-hand and is interdependent. I am proud that we, as a club, are hosting this conference, and I am sure this is the start of a wonderful tradition".
The first panel focused on the business world and building stable partnerships in a measurable era. It addressed questions that concern every club and business partner: How do you create true value for a partnership? And how do you measure success? The panel featured: Uri Dagon, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Israel Hayom, Ronit Glassman, Director of Business Development and Innovation at the Israel Football Association, Tim Plotkin, CEO of Hapoel Petah Tikva, Ella Alkalai, Chair of IBI Mutual Funds and Harel Cohen, Commercial VP of Hapoel Tel Aviv FC.

The next speaker was Ofir Shai, founder of the "Next October" initiative, which commemorates the fallen of October 7th through Israeli startups. Ofir shared the story of the project; his brother, the late Yaron Shai, who fell on October 7th, was a devoted fan of the team.
Following him was Eyal Baumel, personal manager to some of the world’s biggest YouTubers and content creators, including MrBeast, Nastya, and Saylish. Eyal spoke about opportunities in the world of content and influence, and the transformations social media is undergoing led by top influencers.
The second panel dealt with media monetization, moderated by Nadav Dimand, Deputy Sports Editor at Israel Hayom. Participants included Shahar Bar-David (Sharotonim) and Ron Shoushan (The Podium).
The third and final panel focused on sports technology, featuring Tamir Rahamim (GainGuard), Dror Rosenfeld (MARKI), and Gabi Barzilai (EasyCoach).
