The Argentine midfielder, who played this past season in Greece, will join Hapoel: "I'm already looking forward to meeting everyone, creating special memories, and achieving great things together"
Anela Nigito has signed with the club for one season with an option for an additional season. The Argentine is our fourth foreign player in the squad for now, along with the Brazilians Marins and Santos, and the Nigerian Adeboyejo.

The 22-year-old Nigito played this past season for Rethymniaki Enosis in the Greek Premier League, with whom she finished sixth in the table, scoring nine goals and providing five assists. In her past, she played for Bakersfield in the American college league and Spanish club Valencia. She has 13 appearances for the Argentina youth national team and one appearance for her homeland's senior national team.
Nigito said after the signing: "I am happy and excited to join Hapoel Tel Aviv and open a new chapter in my career. I want to thank the club for the trust and for the opportunity to become a part of this team. It means a lot to me, and I am grateful for the warm welcome. I am ready to work hard, continue developing as a player, and give my absolute all for the team. I'm already looking forward to meeting everyone, creating special memories together, and achieving great things. Let's get started, Yalla Hapoel!"
Good luck, Anela!
