ניק האמונד ימונה ליועץ הכדורגל הבכיר של המועדון. האמונד משמש בתפקידי ניהול מקצועי בכיר במשך שנים ארוכות במספר מועדונים באי הבריטי, ביניהם מנהל ספורטיבי של סלטיק, רדינג ו-ווסט ברומיץ' אלביון.
מיקאל פאררונס ודיוויד הרננדז מ-Soccer Services Barcelona (SSB) ימונו ליועצי שיטות אימון. SSB עושה שימוש בשיטת Ekkono הייחודית לה, כדי לסייע למועדונים, התאחדויות ושחקנים ברחבי העולם למקסם ביצועים ויכולות. לקוחות קודמים ונוכחיים של החברה כוללים את פריז סן ז'רמן, ברצלונה, סן חוזה אדמה והתאחדות הכדורגל היפנית.
חברת ניתוח וסקאוטינג MRKT Insights, אשר בסיסה בלונדון, תצטרף למועדון הפועל תל אביב כיועצי ניתוח וגיוס. צוות מדעני הנתונים והסקאוטינג של MRKT Insights מספק ניתוח ותובנות למועדוני כדורגל ברחבי העולם - וזוהי הקבוצה הראשונה עמה יעבדו בישראל.
בנוסף, החל מה-1 ביוני, חן סול ימונה לתפקיד ראש מחלקת כדורגל. חן ינהל את פעילות הכדורגל היומיומית של המועדון ויעבוד בשיתוף פעולה הדוק עם ניק האמונד בקבלת כל החלטה חשובה בפן המקצועי.

Football Operations Update
Today, Hapoel Tel Aviv Football Club announced several key additions to its football operations
Nick Hammond will join the club as Senior Football Advisor. Hammond is an experienced and well-respected football executive, having twice engineered successful English Premier League promotions as Sporting Director for Reading FC. Hammond also served as Sporting Director for Celtic FC and West Bromwich Albion, and recently as a recruitment consultant for Newcastle FC
Soccer Services Barcelona (SSB) will be engaged as Football Methodology Consultants. SSB utilizes its proprietary Ekkono Method to help football clubs, federations, and players around the orld maximize player development and performance. Previous and current clients include Paris St Germain, FC Barcelona, San Jose Earthquakes, and the Japanese Football Association.
MRKT Insights, an analytics and scouting firm based in London (UK) will be engaged as Analytics and Recruitment Consultants. MRKT Insights’ team of data scientists and scouts provides analysis and insights for football clubs around the world, and this is their first engagement in Israel.
These new additions will be retained as consultants for the club by Tel Aviv Football Partners, LLC during the ownership transition period and officially become retained by the club following this season.
Additionally, effective June 1, Hen Sol will be promoted to Head of Football Operations. In this role, Hen will manage the club’s day to day football operations and work closely with Nick Hammond on all key football decisions.
